Ingredients For humming bird cake

3 call purpose flour

2 csugar

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

3eggs beaten

1 1/2 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cvegetable oil

2 cchopped banana
-
1 cchopped walnuts or pecans

1 can8 oz crushed pineapple and juice
How To Make humming bird cake

1Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stir until moist (don't beat) Stir in Vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Spoon into 3 well greased 9" cake pans and bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing

2Cream Cheese Icing: 2 3 oz cream cheese (room temp) 1 cup softened butter 2 tsp vanilla 2 boxes of confectioners sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Beat well and add 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
