Ingredients For hot fudge sundae cake

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 4 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa
  • 3 1/2 c
    hot water

How To Make hot fudge sundae cake

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and stir together the flour, sugar, 4 tbsp cocoa baking powder and salt. Mix in milk oil, and vanilla with a fork until smooth. Stir in nuts.

    Spread evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and the 1/2 cup of cocoa. Pour the hot water over all and bake for 45 minutes.

    Spoon in dishes and spoon chocolate sauce over top. Top with ice cream or whip cream if desired.
