Ingredients For hot fudge pudding cake

  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar, divided
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 7 Tbsp
    cocoa, divided
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c
    hot water

How To Make hot fudge pudding cake

    Heat oven to 350, In medium mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter and vanilla, Pour batter into square pan, 8x8.

    In a small bowl combine remaining sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa. sprinkle mixture over batter.

    Pour hot water over the top... Do not Stir! Bake for 40 minutes... Let stand 15 minutes and spoon into dessert dishes, top with whip cream is desired.
