Ingredients For hot fudge cake

1 cflour

3/4 csugar
-
6 Tbspcocoa powder, divided

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 Tbspoil
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 3/4 chot water
How To Make hot fudge cake

1In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons of the cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Stir till smooth. Spread mixture in an ungreased 9x9 pan.

2Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa.Sprinkle over the cake batter.

3Pour the hot water over both the batter and sugar/cocoa mixture. DO NOT STIR!

4Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm topped with whipped cream, ice cream, or nothing but a big glass of milk on the side.
