Ingredients For hershey bar cake

  • CAKE
  • 2
    4.4 oz hershey bars plain
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    buttermilk with 1/2 tsp baking soda added to it and mixed well
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 can
    16 oz hershey syrup
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    pecans chopped
  • FROSTING
  • 1
    4.4 oz hershey bar
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make hershey bar cake

  • 1
    Melt over low heat the 2 hershey bars with the 2 sticks of butter. Let cool a bit. Mix all the liquid ingredients together. slowly beat in the dry ingredients. fold in the pecans

    Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    for the frosting. melt the hershey bar with the butter. Add the remaining ingredients adding more or less powdered sugar to get the desired consistancy. Fold in the pecans Frost the cooled cake.
