Ingredients For hawiian wedding cake

    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 20 oz
    can of crushed pineapple(juice included)
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    nuts (any kind you perferr)
  • CREAM CHEESE ICING
  • 1 stick
    butter softened
  • 1 8 oz
    package of crean cheese softened
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    powder sugar

How To Make hawiian wedding cake

    preheat oven to 350

    mix all the ingredient together with a mixer, grease 13 by 9 cake pan....pour in pan.

    bake for 40 -45 minutes

    mix the cream cheese,butter, vanilla and sugar together for the frosting

    when cake is cooled frost it can be put in fridge or just covered with a lid or plastic wrap.
