My boyfriend really likes this cake because he says it tastes just like an orange cake his grandmother used to make. So easy and yummy!

Ingredients For harvey wallbanger cake

  • 1 box
    (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1 box
    (3 1/2 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
  • 4
    large eggs
  • 3/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    vodka
  • 1/2 c
    galliano
  • orange glaze
  • ORANGE GLAZE
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter, cooled
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated orange zest
  • pinch
    salt

How To Make harvey wallbanger cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Bundt pan with bakers joy. Combine all ingredients together and pour into Bundt Pan.

    Bake for 40 minutes - or until tested with toothpick. The toothpick should have a little cake on it when removed from the cake.

    Allow cake to cool completely then cover with Orange Glaze.

    For Orange Glaze, with a whisk, combine all ingredients until smooth and pour over cooled cake.
