How To Make harvest cake

  Bake each mix in a 8" round pan, cook accordingly to box directions. once each cake has cooled for at least 2 hours, then you can start assembling and icing. 1st take the spice cake and put it on the bottom of your cake board/pan, then ice the top with cream cheese icing, give it a nice even layer. 2nd take the gingerbread cake and stack it on top of the spice cake layer, ice the top with another even layer of cream cheese icing. 3rd take the pumpkin cake and stack it as the 3rd layer. Then ice the entire cake in cream cheese icing. You should have some cream cheese left you wanna color it and make a border and some deco to it. or you can simply leave it plan :)
