16 ozcanned pumpkin

1/2 cwater

3/4 cvegetable oil

2 1/2 call-purpose flour

2 csugar

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 1/4 tspsalt

3/4 tspnutmeg

3/4 tspcinnamon

1/2 cchopped walnuts

1/2 craisins (optional)
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

4 ozcream cheese, softened

1 tspvanilla extract

3 Tbspsoftened butter
-
2 1/4 csifted powdered sugar
How To Make halloween magic nut cake

1Mix together the first 4 ingredients.

2Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

3Pour batter into a 9 x 13 Pyrex pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.

4Wait until the cake is cool and mix the frosting.

5For the cream cheese frosting, add frosting ingredients to a mixer. Beat until well blended and creamy.

6Frost the cake and enjoy.
