Ingredients For half and half wedding cake

7 or so boxcake mix or recipes of your choice

2 boxpure white fondant

1 boxbrown chocolate fondant

2 lbpure white buttercream frosting

1 lbdark chocolate for melting

1 ptfresh strawberries
-
1 pkgwhite chocolate for melting
How To Make half and half wedding cake

1Bake cakes as needed. Make as many or as few layers as you want. I made three layers of 2 each, so a total of 6 cakes.

2Crumb coat layers. Add half white fondant and half chocolate fondant to each side. USE SPS or other dowel system for support between all layers.

3Stack layers with all white one way and all chocolate the other way. Perfection is not necessary.

4Add side decor to bride side.

5Drizzle dark chocolate on grooms side.

6Make "tuxedo" strawberries. Set on cake accordingly.

7Set pinched and creased fondant down the sides to create drape.
