This is another island favorite. Even the keikis (children) love it. The presentation of this dish is so beautiful and usually dresses up a Holiday table very nicely.

Ingredients For guava cheesecake

2 pkgcream cheese, softened

1/2 cguava paste

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

2eggs
-
1graham cracker crust
How To Make guava cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, guava paste, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed till well blended.

2Add in eggs one at a time, do not over mix. Pour into graham cracker crust.

3Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven to cool. Refrigerate overnight. Top with Cool Whip.
