I've made this recipe for years and it's a family favorite.My grandkids love this cake. They love putting the crumbs on the top and when it's baking, the house smells of butter and cinnamon.

1 1/2 lbbutter, melted

5 cflour for crumb topping

2 1/2 csugar

2 Tbspcinnamon

dashsalt

2 cflour for cake bottom

3 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

3/4 csugar
-
2eggs
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 tspvanilla
-
2 Tbspbutter
- YOU WILL NEED A TOTAL OF 7 CUPS OF FLOUR. 5 FOR CRUMBS & 2 FOR CAKE BOTTOM
How To Make grandma jojo's crumb cake

1First melt 1 1/2lbs butter. Let it cool.

2Crumb topping. 5 cups flour, 2 1/2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Dash of salt. Add the above ingredients with the melted butter. Toss together and set aside.

3For the Cake Bottom, Sift together 2 cups flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 times.

4After sifting, add 2 eggs beaten, 3/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoon butter softened. Spread in 15 x 10 rimmed pan that has been greased and floured.

5Drop the crumbs on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45-50mins. Cook and sprinkle with confectioners sugar
