  Sprinkle rhubarb with 1 cup brown sugar

  Mix 1 egg, 1/4 c sugar, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 c flour.

  Pour batter over rhubarb

  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

  Turn upside down on plate when done.
