My sweet sister-in-law shared this recipe with me last weekend. It is delious and quick to fix....what else could we ask for?? Enjoy!

Ingredients For grand coffecake

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbsphalf and half ( i used fat free)

2 1/2 Tbspbutter, softened

1 cchopped pecans

1 cangrand biscuits (any kind)

cinnamon, ground
How To Make grand coffecake

1In square baking pan spread brown sugar on bottom. Pour half and half over brown sugar and mix together. Cut butter in thin slices and place over brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle pecans evenly.

2Take biscuits out of can and cut each one in 4 pieces. Place over pecans and sprinkle with cinnamon.

3Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. You want your biscuits to cook but not get hard. Remove from oven and place a dish over pan, flip over, remove pan making sure all the topping has stayed with your coffecake. Let rest for 5 minutes or so and ready to eat.
