    chopped pecans

    HEAT OVEN TO 350F. BEAT FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS WITH MIXER FOR 3 MINUTES. ADD BROWN SUGAR AND NUTS; MIX WELL. POUR INTO BUNDT PAN SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY. BAKE 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL CAKE 15 MINUTES. LOOSEN CAKE FROM SIDES OF PAN; INVERT ONTO A WIRE RACK. COOL COMPLETELY. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
