Ingredients For grampa's bluberry pound cake

1 ptblueberries, washed & drained well

2 stickbutter
-
2 csugar
-
4eggs
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla

3 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make grampa's bluberry pound cake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease & flour a 10-inch tube pan. Gentle fold blueberries in 1/4 cup of flour & set aside.

2CAKE BATTER: Use mixer to cream butter & sugar; add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg is added. Add vanilla & beat until fluffy.

3Sift remaining flour with baking powder & salt; fold into cake batter until well blended.

4Gently stir in berries. Pour in prepared pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests done with a cake tester.

5Place on a rack & cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
