Ingredients For gooey coconut cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can
    cream of coconut
  • 1
    container of cool whip
  • 1 c
    toasted coconut

How To Make gooey coconut cake

  • 1
    Bake cake according to directions on box..(9x13). Then when done, poke holes in the top with a fork.. i prefer a wooden spoon. Then mix the sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut, and pour over the cake while it's still warm. Refrigerate and cool cake. When completely cooled frost with the cool whip..then top with toasted coconut.
