Ingredients For gluten free cupcakes

1 call-purpose gluten-free flour

1/4 ccocoa powder

3/4 cgranulated sugar

1 1/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 cmilk

2 lgeggs

1 Tbspvanilla extract

candy sprinkles, etc...
How To Make gluten free cupcakes

1Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with cupcake liners. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

3In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat together melted butter, milk, eggs and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

4Divide the batter evenly among the prepared 12 baking cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

5Let cupcakes cool and then top with chocolate frosting. Decorate with gummy worms and/or sprinkles.
