  • 2 c
    gluten free oat flour **
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp
    confectioners' sugar

How To Make gluten-free chocolate cupcakes

    In a large bowl,combine the 1st, 5 ingredients. In another bowl,combine the next, 4 ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

    Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners sugar OR make an icing out of confectioners sugar,water and vanilla.
