How To Make fudgy mint cake

1Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and stir into flour mixture with a few quick strokes.

2Pour into a lightly oiled 10-inch bundt pan, or a dozen cupcake molds. Bake cake 50-60 minutes, cupcakes less -- until a toothpick comes out just moist. Cool on rack and frost with a glaze icing
