1 cbutter...not margarine

4squares unsweetened chocolate (1 ounce each)

2 csugar

2 tspvanilla

4eggs

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cchopped walnuts
- FUDGE TOPPING:

4 1/2 csugar
-
1 can(12 ounces) evaporated milk

1/2 cbutter
-
112 ounce pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

112 ounce pkg. milk chocolate chips

1 jar7 ounce size of marshmallow cream

2 tspvanilla extract

2 cchopped walnuts
How To Make fudge-topped brownies

1In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

2In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chips, cream and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add nuts. Spread over warm brownies. freeze until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares.
