This is the recipe I use on my Blue Ribbon Fudge Pot Cake. My kids & grandkids fight over it!

Ingredients For fudge frosting

  • 4
    squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2
    stick butter
  • 1
    lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/4 c
    milk, 2%

How To Make fudge frosting

  • 1
    Melt butter & chocolate in microwave or pan. Add to the powdered sugsr. add milk a little at a time until frosting is smooth & creamy. Beat well, add extract. Makes enough for a 9 in layer cake.
