This is the recipe I use on my Blue Ribbon Fudge Pot Cake. My kids & grandkids fight over it!

Ingredients For fudge frosting

4squares unsweetened chocolate
-
1/2stick butter
-
1lb. powdered sugar

1 tspvanilla or almond extract

1/4 cmilk, 2%
How To Make fudge frosting

1Melt butter & chocolate in microwave or pan. Add to the powdered sugsr. add milk a little at a time until frosting is smooth & creamy. Beat well, add extract. Makes enough for a 9 in layer cake.
