Ingredients For fruity coffee cake

3 lgeggs

1-1/2 cplus 3 tbsp sugar, divided

3/4 ccanola oil

1/4 corange juice
-
1 tspvanilla

2 call purpose flour
-
1 cwhole wheat flour
-
3 tspbaking powder

121 oz can apple pie filing, or pie filling of your choice

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make fruity coffee cake

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream eggs, 1-1/2 cups sugar, oil, orange juice and vanilla until smooth.

2Add flours and baking powder, mix well. Pour 1/2 the batter into pan. Spread pie filling over batter. In small bowl, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1 tsp over filling.

3Spoon remaining batter over cinnamon mix. Sprinkle w/ remaining cinnamon mix. Bake 15 mins. Reduce heat to 300. Bake 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
