    plums, pitted and cut into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • CAKE
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 6 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    egg substitute

How To Make fruit on the bottom/top mug cake

    Place parchment paper around mug.

    Arrange plums in the bottom of mug. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

    Combine all cake ingredients and spread over plums.

    Microwave 3 minutes. Remove and let cool 10 minutes.
