Ingredients For fruit cocktail cake

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    (303) can fruit cocktail, including juice
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • ICING:
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    small can pet milk
  • 1 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 1 can
    flake cconut

How To Make fruit cocktail cake

    Cake: Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Add rest of ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over batter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350^

    Icing: Mix sugar. milk and margarine together and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut. Spread on hot cake.
