Ingredients For fruit cocktail cake

  • 2 c
    plain flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 can
    fruit cocktail, canned
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 md
    eggs beaten
  • ICING
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make fruit cocktail cake

    Mix well do not beat, Bake in a greased 9x13 pan. 325* for30 min.

    Boil margarine and milk over med heat for one minute Add remaining ing. and pour over cake while hot.
