Ingredients For fruit cake

  • 1 md
    coconut
  • 1 lb
    black walnuts
  • 1 lb
    dates, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    red cherries, candied
  • 1/2 lb
    green cherries, candied
  • 1 lb
    seedless raisins
  • 1/2 lb
    figs
  • 1 lb
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 lb
    candied pineapple
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 can
    eagle brand milk

How To Make fruit cake

  • 1
    Coat fruit and nuts with flour, mix well
  • 2
    Add milk, mix well
  • 3
    Pack tightly in a greased and floured tube pan
  • 4
    Cook @ 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
  • 5
    Cool and store in a tight container
