  baking soda, mix into applesauce
• 1 tsp

  vanilla
• 2 c

  flour
• 1/2 tsp

  salt
• 1/2 tsp

  ground cloves
• 1 tsp

  cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp

  allspice, ground
• 1 c

  nuts, i use pecans and filberts
• 1 c

  dates, slightly chopped
• 1 c

  maraschino cherries, slightly chopped
