Ingredients For frozen mocha cake

1pound cake (12 ounces)

6 Tbspchocolate syrup

6 Tbspstrong brewed coffee
-
6 scoopchocolate ice cream, softened

2 Tbsphot fudge sauce
-
shaved chocolate for garnish
How To Make frozen mocha cake

1Slice pound cake horizontally into 3 layers. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and extend the wrap over edges..

2Place one layer of cake into pan. Drizzle 2 Tbsp of chocolate syrup and 2 Tbsp strong coffee over cake. Spread 2 scoops of ice cream evenly over cake.

3Repeat the same with the two other layers. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.

4When ready to serve use plastic wrap liner to lift cake out of pan. Remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and hot fudge sauce.
