Ingredients For frozen blueberry muffins

  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    frozen blueberries, unthawed
  • TOPPING
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg, ground

How To Make frozen blueberry muffins

    In large bowl combine flour, baking powder & salt.

    In a mixing bow, cream butter & sugar.

    Add eggs, milk & vanilla, mix well.

    Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.

    Fold in frozen blueberries.
  • 6
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin pan, 2/3 full.

    Sprinkle topping over muffins.

    Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

    Cool in pan for 10 minutes before moving to wire rack.
