Ingredients For frosted pumpkin bars

1 canunspiced pumpkin (15 oz)

1 2/3 cwhite sugar

4eggs
-
1 coil
-
2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg
-
1/2 tspground cloves
-
1/2 tspginger
-
1 cancream cheese frosting
How To Make frosted pumpkin bars

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan. (a 12x18 cookie sheet with sides can be use for thinner bars)

2Blend pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and oil for 2 minutes.

3Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and ginger. Mix at medium speed for 5-7 minutes.

4Pour into your prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

5Once cool, cover with cream cheese frosting.
