1 pkgwhite cake mix

1 box3 oz strawberry jello, dry

1 cfresh strawberries, finely chopped

1 ccanola oil
-
1/2 cmilk
-
4 lgeggs

strawberry cream cheese frosting

1 pkg8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cbutter, room temperature, use only real butter

3 1/2 cpowdered sugar, sifted

3/4 cfresh strawberries, finely chopped

2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make fresh strawberry sheet cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9 pan with non-stick spray.

2Place cake mix, jello, strawberries, oil, milk, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix for 3 minutes scrapping down sides as needed. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Remove cake and cool completely.

3Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting.

4Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in vanilla. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time to creamed mixture. Add strawberries and stir till completely mixed. If frosting gets thick add additional milk about a tsp at a time.

5Store cake in refrigerator overnight before serving.
