Ingredients For fresh strawberry cake

1 boxwhite cake mix

1 (3 oz) boxstrawberry jello

4 largeeggs
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/3 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 cfinely chopped fresh strawberries
- FROSTING

1- 8 oz pkgcream cheese softened

1 - 16 oz pkgcool whip thawed

1 cconfectionery sugar
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cfinely chopped strawberries
How To Make fresh strawberry cake

1Mix all ingredients together on low speed for one minute. Scrape down sides and mix on medium for 2 minutes.

2Pour batter into 3- 8 or 9 inch cake pans

3Bake for 23 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake is done. Let cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn out layers and cool completely before frosting.

4For frosting, mix all ingredients until combined except strawberries. Add berries last and mix well.
