Ingredients For fresh peach pound cake

  • 1 1/2 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • 3 c
    self-rising flour
  • 3 c
    fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make fresh peach pound cake

    Mix all together in order listed. Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes. Cool completely on rack. Spoon Peach Cream Cheese Frosting on top and drizzle on sides.

    Peach Cream Cheese Icing: 3 ounces cream cheese 6 teaspoons peach juice from 1 peach in blender 1 1/ cups powdered sugar

    Beat cream cheese and peach juice until smooth. add powdered sugar gradually. Beat until creamy. Put on top of cake and drizzle down the sides.
