This is a must at our July 4 th picnic. I have been making this cake for over 10 years and is the family favorite of all my cakes. Of this big cake I never have left overs.

1 1/2 coil

2 tspvanilla extract

3 cself-rising flour

3 cfinely chopped fresh yellow peaches

1 cchopped nuts (walnut or pecan )

1 ccoconut

13oz cream cheese

5 tsppeach juice puree

1 1/2 cpowered sugar
How To Make fresh peach pound cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients in order. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Place on cooling rack to cool completely.

2Mix last 3 ingredients well and spoon over cake when cooled.
