finely chopped apples slightly peeled (we like the peel)

chopped pecans
3 c

all purpose flour
1 tsp

soda
1/2 tsp

salt
1 tsp

cinnamon
2 c

sugar

eggs
1 1/3 c

corn oil
1 tsp

vanilla extract

How To Make fresh apple cake

Sift dry ingrediants together,

add oil, vanilla & oil

mix in apples & pecans

Bake 1 hour at 325

Glaze:
1 stick butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk

Bring to full boil, remove from heat add 1/2 teasp vanilla. Drizzle on cool cake.
