In my opinion, this cake is TO DIE FOR!!! It's one of my favorite recipes. Everyone whose tried it loves it and I hope you do too...

Ingredients For fresh apple cake
- MIX TOGETHER:

2 csugar

1 1/2 cvegetable/canola oil

3 lgeggs

1 tspvanilla
- ADD:

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcinnamon -{i use 1 tbsp}

3 cflour
- FOLD IN:
-
4 cchopped fresh apples
How To Make fresh apple cake

1Bake at 325° for 1 hour+(approx) in tube/bundt pan. Cake is done when tester is almost totally dry.

2Sprinkle top with 10X sugar after partially cooled. Store in refrigerator. Good warmed or cold.
