1 pkg(3 oz.) french vanilla instant pudding

1/3 coil

1/3 csour cream

1 capplesauce

1 cchopped nuts or raisins

1/4 tspnutmeg

caramel ice cream topping (optional)

1 Tbsphot milk or water

1 csifted confectioner's sugar
How To Make french applesauce cake

1Blend all ingredients, except nuts or raisins. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts or raisins.

2Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

4Top with glaze. Glaze: Stir hot milk or water into confectioner's sugar or drizzle with caramel ice cream topping.
