This cake is loaded with sherry! It's always a hit and so easy to make. I also make it with a scratch cake recipe but have developed this quick and easy version which is just as good!

Ingredients For fran's sherry cake
- CAKE:

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 boxvanilla instant pudding mix, 6-oz.

3/4 ccanola oil

3/4 ccream sherry
-
4 lgeggs
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
- WHILE COOLING:

1/4 cpowdered sugar
-
1/2 ccream sherry
- GLAZE
-
2 cpowdered sugar
-
2 Tbspcream sherry
How To Make fran's sherry cake

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Mix all ingredients except the powdered sugar on medium speed for 5 minutes. Mixture will be thick.

3Pour into well greased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

4While cooling mix 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup sherry. Poke holes in cake with a fork and drizzle while still in pan.

5Turn out pan onto cooling rack. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cake while still warm.
