2 lgbanana, mashed

2 cflour

1/2 tspbaking powder

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter, softened

2eggs

1 1/2 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cbuttermilk or sour milk
- FROSTING:

8 ozcream cheese

3/4 stickbutter
-
4 cpowdered sugar

1 1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make fluffy banana cake

1Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, mix well and add mashed bananas. Sift dry ingredients together. Add a little at a time with the buttermilk and vanilla. Baked in a greased 10"x15" pan.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost.
