I didn't have chocolate, just cocoa, but I wanted something brownie-like. I'm sensitive to gluten and greasy substances, so I left them out. These were surprisingly fudgy yet tender!

3/4 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

1 1/4 ccocoa powder

2 tspflavored extract, vanilla or mint
How To Make flourless cocoa brownies

1Beat eggs until fluffy and light yellow

2Add both sugars, then remaining ingredients. The batter will be thick

3Spread in a lightly-greased pan. For thick brownies, use a 9x9, but for about 1/2-3/4" thick brownies, use a 9x13

4Bake at 300*F for 35-45 minutes
