6 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips

1 sticksalted butter

3/4 csugar

3 lgeggs

1/2 cbaking cocoa, unsweet

1 Tbspvanilla extract
How To Make flourless brownies

1Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously with a whisk until completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

2Keep over low heat, add sugar and keep mixing. When mixture is smooth, turn off heat. Quickly add the eggs, baking cocoa, and vanilla. Mix well.

3Use spray oil in an 8 or 9 inch dish. Pour batter evenly in pan. Bake for 10-13 minutes at 375.
