Ingredients For fireman bob's mud cake my way.....

1 cbutter, softened

2 csugar

1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cunsifted flour

1/4 cunsweetened cocoa

dash salt

1 cchopped nuts ( walnuts or pecans )

1 jar( 7 oz. ) marshmallow cream

mud cake frosting
-
1/3 cbutter
-
1/2 cunsweetened cocoa
-
1/3 cmilk
-
2 1/2 tspvanilla
-
2 1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make fireman bob's mud cake my way.....

1In large bowl, beat eggs, margarine, sugar, vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, cocoa, and salt. Beat until well blended. Fold in nuts. Spread batter into a 9 x 13 pan which has been greased. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350*.

2Immediately after removing from oven, place dollops of marshmallow cream on cake, spread until smooth. Let cool 1 hour before frosting.

3Mud Cake Frosting: 1/3 cup margarine 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 21/2 cups powdered sugar

4In saucepan melt margarine, stir in cocoa and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir till smooth. Spread on top of marshmallow cream. When frosting has cooled, cut into 1 inch squares. Enjoy!
