  Dump both of these ingredence in a mixing bowl
  Don't add anything else. Ignore the box directions for eggs and such.

  Mix with a hand mixer well.

  Pour into cup cake tins with liners.
  Bake for 15 min or so
  Frost when cool and decorate at will
