This is another old recipe of my mother's. This icing is so fluffy and not overly sweet! It is great on chocolate or white cake.

Ingredients For fat jak

  • 5 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    crisco
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make fat jak

    In a small sauce pan mix the flour, salt and milk and cook until it forms a paste. Cool in frig.
  • 2
    Add the crisco, sugar and vanilla and beat until the sugar is dissolved and icing is fluffy.
