Another very moist and dense cake served at BUNKO tonight. This cake can be served with whipped topping and no frosting or it can be frosted with the cream cheese icing below. Very good with whipped topping.

    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    20 oz. can apple pie mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make fastest cake in the west

    350 degree oven. Combine all dry ingredients in an ungreased 9 x 13" cake pan. Stir into dry ingredients: eggs, oil, pie mix and mix well. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

    Frosting (Optional) 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 stick margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Beat until creamy. Spread on cooled cake. This is very moist and good!! ENJOY!
