Ingredients For fast and easy one slice chocolate cake

  • 2 Tbsp
    ap flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    chocolate chips
  • 1 dash
    vanilla extract

How To Make fast and easy one slice chocolate cake

    Add dry ingredients to microwavable mug and mix well.

    Add egg and mix thoroughly.

    Pour in milk and oil and mix well.

    Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again.

    Put the mug in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.The cake MAY rise over the top of the mug ,but don't be alarmed.

    Allow to cool a little and then tip out onto a plate if desired...goes great with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
