How To Make fail-proof chocolate cake

1preheat oven to 350 F/175C. Grease and flour 2 9 inch pans.

2first set of ingredients is for cake. stir together all the dry ingredients. then add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. with a mixer, beat for 3 minutes

3then take a cup of boiling water and pour into mix, stirring by hand slowly. pour into pans

4bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

5for the frosting, cream butter till white and light. add cocoa n sugar alternately. add milk and vanilla. mix well to a spreading consistency.

6spread frosting on one of the cakes, topped with the other and then frost hole cake.
