Ingredients For evelyn's chocolate hot fudge sauce

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 6 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2
    squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate

How To Make evelyn's chocolate hot fudge sauce

    Add all ingredients in saucepan and slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. *Note...you can also do this in a double boiler but it takes much longer than in a saucepan.

    This can set out on the counter for 2 to 3 days before refrigerating. I like using this on ice cream, or over cakes & biscuits. Some people like it over certain fruits.
