I found this in a newspaper clipping and made it for Thanksgiving. It was a big hit! So moist and delicious.

Ingredients For eggnog spice bundt cake

1 boxspice cake mix

1 box4 oz. serving instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding and pie filling mix

1 cnonfat vanilla yogurt

1/4 ccanola oil
-
1 clight eggnog
-
1egg
-
3egg whites
-
1 1/3 ctoasted chopped pecans

powdered sugar
How To Make eggnog spice bundt cake

1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a nonstick Bundt pan with cooking spray.

2Combine cake mix, pudding mix, yogurt, oil, eggnog, egg and egg whites in a large bowl. Mix until creamy.

3Stir in pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
